While we have only had a couple inches of snow, it has been enough to close schools. While I know it has been an inconvenience to many, for me it has been a wonderful gift...me on maternity leave and all three of my girls at home on cold snowy days. Hot chocolate and hugs all around. Brazil, eh? That's a long ways from New England - the in between can be a tricky place to live - but full of so many wonderful perspectives on the world. My kids have become awesome little travelers - but it sure is nice to be settled for a while!
