Just recently found your lovely blog! Loving it so far.

I posted earlier this week about my love for Korea, our son’s birth country. It truly is one of the most incredible places on earth. I miss it every day…

Blessings!

Richmond Beach, Washington; Port Angeles, Washington; Maasai Mara, Kenya; Karen, Kenya; Perthshire, Scotland; downtown Edmonds, Washington; all of eastern Washington. This has been a lovely exercise — fun to think about these special places. :)

Stephanie, you must be acquainted with Taymouth Castle. Ancestors of mine were the working people who lived along both the north and south shores of the Loch Tay. MacDiarmids. Where do you live?

I’m in Inverness. I don’t know the castle that you’re speaking of but now I’m interested so I’ll go and google it.

I think it might be Arlington, TX… :) It is a beautiful park… especially to watch a game over the 4th of July.

Rachel, I’ve been to Montserrate a few times. That was back in the 1970’s. Amazing views and such a charming old culture up there on the hill.
