We write because we want to, not because we have to. We write for fun, for joy, for discovery.

We just write without worrying if it’s just write or not.

On friends…

A friend loves at all times. Period.

You two have me taught me that. Taught me what safe feels like and how encouragement fills a heart with enough helium to float up the rest of that mountain. I could laugh until 4am with you and still feel like I was squinting at the wonder of that beach sun – so warm, so full, so heard. Toes in the sand and stories shared until we are sisters. Three different motherlands but a single Father God – daughters and children of the King.

I will wade in the shallows and still walk into the deep water with you both when need be.

We sink into the sofa and whisper those loud dreams. Together.

I am your friend.
